Capsule with attachments
As soon as a photo, voice file or video is added to a capsule, a storage cost applies. The price depends on file size and storage duration until the chosen send date.

Collective capsules (FuturNous)
A collective capsule brings together several co-writers around a single message to be received on a common future date. It is always billed, regardless of the daily free allowance applicable to individual capsules.

No cancellation is possible after generation of the collective code. An automatic refund is issued in the event of a capsule remaining empty at the end of the filling period, or for unused offered access slots.
Example calculation
You send a capsule in 365 days with a 2 MB photo:
Total = 0,59 € (service) + 0,0003 €/MB/day × 2 MB × 365 days = 0,81 € incl. VAT
The exact amount is calculated automatically when creating your capsule, before any payment. No hidden fees.
Attachment limits
- Photos: accepted in JPEG, PNG, HEIC and other common formats
- Voice messages: maximum 5 recordings — total duration 5 minutes per capsule
- Videos: maximum 5 videos — total duration 5 minutes per capsule
- Maximum file sizes are shown directly on the writing page
Recovery fees for archived attachments
The download link for attachments sent with the capsule remains active for 15 days. After that, files are archived on separate servers. Recovery is possible for 1 year from the capsule send date, on request at contact[at]futurmoi.fr.

After the 1-year period, attachments are permanently deleted and can no longer be recovered, regardless of price offered.
Secure payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most reliable online payment providers (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Your banking data never transits through FuturMoi servers.

Right of withdrawal
In line with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw after payment, unless the service has been fully delivered (capsule validated and stored). See the Terms & Conditions of Sale for details.
